Daily Bread - Shun Bread

Replacing some things gets you no further ahead. The scalloped edges of the Shun Premier Bread Knife get you no further, cutting bread. The wood handle may discolor with use. Looking at a the shape, it is rather short. 9". What sort of bread could you cut with it? Not a great round loaf. Visually, it looks cut off (inserted into something) from the photo. 13 may be fine.

It is same with the fantastic Michel Bras. Just lovely. You could use the 7 3/4" cleaver to cut a watermelon, should it be 15 1/2.

The length of one's appendage - recently it was reported that a Man in Mexico had a 19" shaft - is one thing, but the length of man's additional appendages is another entirely.

We are reminded of Mollari from Babylon 5, a rather fine chap.

An ambassador, he had a rather fine set of twins. We wore the Maybach Ambassador yesterday, perhaps that is why we think of him.
