Look at the switches on the FiiO Olympus E10K [$80.00 USD]. They are much like those on the Nagra HD DAC (€26,300.00 EUR) - a wonderful device. Can you ask better than this?
The Olympus 2-E10K's face plate would be improved if a second indent was added, resulting in a thicker, and sore structured visage. Other than the unsightly (on it's own) indent, the switches have been made of poorer visual quality, materially (less majestic), while the performance has been bettered in specification.
One could buy both, but it's a poor choice to choose between great aesthetics and undue performance (FiiO Olympus E10K DAC / Headphone Amplifier) and poor aesthetics, and improved performance.
When you make love to a woman, you want her to look.
The visual design is fine in the feature sheet.
