KKK

Here's an interesting one. It's interesting how the KKK hood resembles a vaginal hood, or a spear-head, in this context. The hood itself was taken from the Spanish. How the devout express their devotion, by hiding their identity during acts of good merit, so as to not take on an untoward public ego.

Note the bottom of the 1921 KKK Medal, and how it resembles the bottom of the Magico Q5.

We like how the hull of this forthcoming Magico model resembles the Jadis Eurythmie II ($37,000.00 USD / pair), which Jonathan Skull admired so much. For the Dentist, it plays well, with it's Molar / bicuspid nature, top, and is available in white. (Horn). We like the wide tile, and the record / book cabinet, below.

How poor is our hobby when men can not afford harpsichords and harpsichordists, and instead rely on components of replay technology.

How poor is our magazine when we do not have a full collection of all loudspeakers, and a select collection of amps and paraphernalia to properly review a feature.

We'd like to see more in the way of a public identity. Groups often fragment themselves, and leave behind only a lop-sided account of their identity.

Perhaps the KKK medal reminds us of the button from Watchmen (IMBD), and we are rather attracted to the stamp font and rounded corners of the KKK logo, top right.

Having lost a lovely John Hardy Nagra, perhaps that's why the item on the left looks less wholesome. :) We'll have to acquire 3, but this leaves out 3 computers for a stacked-accounting of future prudent purchases.

Had the Apple iMac Retina had a 30" 16x10 matte vs a 27" 16x9 glossy display, we might choose it.

It would allow for our initial conception of a proper Japanese-style magazine, available for free, via the Apple Bookstore.

As it is, we may go with the Dell U3014 (terrible display, need to replace it multiple times also), and an Apple Mac Mini I7 Server (discontinued) with iBooks Author to properly serve the public with an iPad review.

Many of you have waited for this magazine to change, and take on a proper shape. As it is, it resembles a cut-paste, cut-rate, cut-copy, carbon cc'ed academic journal at best.

With Journals like 6moons.com offering at best, a news supply, or, at worst, reviews, and proper publications like Stereophile.com and The Absolute Sound.com, failing to continue with the logic of their previous statements, we'll see if we can offer a worthwhile (and free...) alternative.

You'll find (speaking like a PBS broadcaster ...) that we choose at Hi Fi Art to purchase all products for our review at retail outlets, just like you would, so as to not fall into the "reviewer's dilemma" (reverse prognosis), however, or else request free review samples (bequeathable) when we consider an object, art, so as to be worthy of our publication.
