Air Tight - La Tour

They say that when you want to win a case, yours should be "Air Tight." From the back, there's something pedestrian about this Air Tight ATM-1. It's outright quizzical. Why is the IEC so low, you wonder?

About that fuse. It's 220V. You might, should you be an audiophile, wish to replace it with some AMR Gold Fuses (Slow Blow). Again, we like the carpenter's level, and the woodblock look to the transformer. Go, JS! No, JA? Oh, AD! [Stereophile link.] It's a case study in how a tube amplifier should be designed. From the front and the side, there's not a thing we would change.

When you're 70, you'd want to have a tube amplifier like this. It's downright stately.
