What's with the Point?

With the grill on, we see an aesthetic caricature of a monocled jewel inspector cum garbage picker in the Triangle Signature Delta loudspeaker.

We like the tweeter. It's reminiscent of the Sunny Cable H3W18 Majectic unit, with a much less urinal-like cavity. The bass port resembles the Euro dollar, and is flow-port in relative scope. The manufacturer, Triangle is in France, so that fits.

The bass units are more fixed than with the HW Majestic. What is interesting is that despite the manufacturer's name, there are no triangles in the design.

One could remove the tweeter, the point, and the flow-port cross-brass, insert a ribbon tweeter where the manufacturer's logo is, and come up with a more conventional home unit.

The integrated speaker stand could be removed, also.
