Now that we've dispensed with the former, it would be a good time, I figure, for a return to the world of audio, with a little commercial ...

Commericial Electronics TM, our favourite little local audio salon (sorry, it's a local interest matter there...) has the following special:

Musical Fidelity M3si Integrated Amplifier ($1,799.00 CAD) ... $1,599.00 CDN
Musical Fidelity NuVista 600 Integrated Amplifier ($9,999.00 CDN) ... $7,999.00 CDN
Focal Sopra 2 Loudspeaker ($16,500.00 CDN) ... $12,375.00 CDN

which would make a nice, little appropriate audio system for the home or living room!

Now, we are really silly to post it. We would like it, as it is cheap, and appropriate.

We looked at Mark Levinson's ... Pre Amplifier ($ CDN) which had grey knobs, and this also has them in gray.

It used to be that a second-tier Mark Levinson Pre-Amplifier, without power supply, would be $8,000.00 CDN new, or $4,000.00 CDN used.

As Mark Levinson doesn't really have interesting or good specs, since their ground breaking pre-amplifier (ML3) in 1973, why the heck not go for Musical Fidelity, which is always rewowned with good sound, regardless of model?
