Sometimes you can get better value, by shopping at / with a small, independent boutique.

Take Qvorum, downtown Vancouver.

We got this / a Just Cavalli Leather Jacket (in the style of Burberry) for only $838.50 CDN.

It would be about / at least maybe $15,000.00 CDN if / were we to get a similar item at Steffano Richi, which we like (we have no problem with the brand, or the quality, only we have not purchased an item).

The service at such a shop is exemplary, and in this particular boutique (say hi, Franco Negro!), extraordinary!
