As with the Meridian Explorer 2, a 21-bit (24) device, masquerading as a 19, which should really ... at least ... play '24, the Hegel SUPER ($399.00 USD) just eeks 23 1/4 bits of resolution.
This is a far shy, and considering dithering, just right!.
