They were the dealer who originally sold it, and it was retailing at $10,000.00 CDN. Buying it at $2,500.00 CDN is almost like getting $10,000.00.
Inside, we like the way it is stuffed. It is almost, automotive, like a car.
We really like the logo. There is nothing to fault.
We like the screws.
The front, we do not quite like, but it is almost like Furman, the classic power conditioner of pro-audio touring use: you'll see Furman in the stack.
They allow the lights to be switched off, in levels.
That really makes it less tawdry, though we would of prefrerred a plain front, with no curves.
Still, the curved front (like a Apple Mac Mini - the computer you will most likely use for audio) and flat back is what makes this product most interesting.
Perhaps the white circles, which we really do not like on the front are reminiscent of shuffle pucks. Awe well.
The back, we really like, although there is no USB. It is not an integrated amplifier.
We might use it as a computer audio (desktop audio) amplifier otherwise, although we could easily use it with the TEAC UD-H01.
Let's consider it to drive a pair of PSB Stratus Gold's ($ CDN) and serve as a Reference Amplifier.
