Ah. This is a good space. Nice high ceilings. A bit like the Thai Consulate on Burrard (double height). A bit like the Townhomes on Alberni.

It's a bit narrow. It doesn't matter. You can still put a good speaker, in white, in. The Focal Grande Utopia III EM ($180,000.00 USD), even. Just put them right in the corners, right in the back. But wouldn't it effect the sound? It shouldn't. What of good design? What of room correction?  There would be side-reflection. Acoustics.
