Watching Eddie Murphy in I Spy (2002) and paying attention to the jewelry, it occurred to us that diamond pave is like sugar sprinkles.
The Panettone, an Italian Christmas bread (Pan, bread, Ttone, Tony), is a bit like a penis in shape, if sliced into sections.
We consider there no reason why one isn't made out of jewelry, for display. It need not be solid. Only about 1/3" of gold (18K), and diamond pave on top, to cover.
