Yes, it would be better to have your own inner Chan Center Cathedral, but the number of square feet (stage: 60 ft x 40 ft + seating area + 3 floors) is often just not readily available.

It's nice not to hear the regular piano music in this real estate sales piece, and while we find much lacking, there are some elements of the staging that are just done right.
