The Focal Grande Utopia III EM is valued at $20,000.00 CDN (or $40,000.00 CDN in finish) and is available for $200,000.00 CAD (or $400,000.00 CDN).
It's a ripe proposition, purchasing a room for a speaker.
Though construction expenses may vary, consider $1.0M per room.
