The Shun Reserve Bread Knife ($400.00 USD) exhibits a nice gentle, slope. Like interest or inflation. An easy hike.We do not like the Crown, and would like to see it replaced by a divot. It's nice how the other two are nicely flush.
On the other side, it's not something you would use. Maybe for slicing pine nuts.
