Trickle Down Economic Theory

You can think of it in two ways.

1) Of piss, trickling down your leg (if you are old).
2) Of a gift, from above.

Of course G-d is of all munificence. (All Knowing, All Good). All Benefit Belong to H-m.

As such, a Trickle Down Economic System (T.D.E.S.) is ripe with Rampant Possibility (R.P.).

Now, we could not find writings by Ronald Regan (RR) on this subject.

We assume he coined the term or else used the writings of others to inform his choice of worlds (words).
