120 Minutes was the longest running time for a compact cassette (CC) tape.
Should you wish to get lightly into running,
try dividing your jog into three jogs.
7 mph, 30 minutes
6 mph, 30 minutes
5 mph, 60 minutes
You'll be able to mentally refresh (we don't recommend any rest between) with a couple of stops. You won't actually be running (1/4 of a marathon at this rate), but will be lightly jogging.
While some say that running occurs at over 6 mph, it is our view that you only appear to be running at 9, 12 if you have some practice, and no less than 24 mph if you are running in fact.
