Here's about the best we've seen from SimAudio.

In the past, they've been too upper-high-end and this is about the best - coming down to a College Dorm Room amplifier.

While it still has that SimAudio Moon logo, which you'd rather not see, and all that other stuff, and you may wish to add a trailing DAC (behind the TV), like the FiiO D3, which will cover one of the heat racks, unfortunately, you'd wish for about 3000 watts at 4 ohms. (1500 watts @ 8 ohms), which the unit will not sufficiently deliver.

At $15,000.00 USD, the price is about right for an every-day college dorm unit: that is, the sort of amplifier like NAD - that you'd want a 'rocking.

You'll get 200 watts - over the long haul of average every-day spirit.

Pair this amp in lieu of the Rotel Michi for a pair of NHT 3.3 Loudspeakers.

The back is absolutely glorious.
