Denon AH-D7000 Ultra Reference Over-Ear Headphones

Ah, is this a good looking product?
Sony TA-NR10, image 1

Well no, but in the case, it certainly is. No headphone has such a plush package.

We're only thinking the Final Audio Design Piano Forte X ($2,688.00 USD) as having such a nice package. That ones round, like the Denon's cups.

We've experimented with this sort of headphone before. It's come of as sounding like a cheap car (or transistor) radio.

Now, to the Japanese consumer, the Denon may very well come off as a premium product, just as Canadian Whisky comes off (like Canadian Club) as a Royal ... Package to your go-luck Canuck.
Japan does make some fine Whisky. And some fine audio.

There was the Sony SS-R10 Loudspeaker. There was the Sony MDR-R10 (less good looking) also. To be kind to Sony, there was the SS-GR1 Loudspeaker, also, along with the TA-NR10 also.
