90 Minutes

If you, like us, are used to playing compact cassettes (CC), running yourself for 90 minutes (the maximum length of a CC tape) should be not a problem for you.

At 5 mph, you'll be running 7.5 miles. At 8 mph, you'll be running 12 miles, about half a decent run.
