Class II

Let's talk about Class II Audio - Not Second Class. What is Class II (E) Audio, as opposed to Class One (I)?

On our Recommended Components, it would come across as Class E (Advisory). How so? In the school system a D is a pass, whereas an F is a fail. Two is quite nice.

Class II Systems lack the ultimate resolution which would allow the audio to sound effortless, grain-less, and or "liquid." They are able to convey a sense of emotion, excitement, and full class to the music - the music comes first. The play comes first, also.

The equipment doesn't come first,  mind you. It may be mass-market, popularly branded, but rather easily enjoyed.

You will not be shelling out a lot of scheckles for Class II Audio. You will be enjoying it quite a lot.
