Up the Stup: On the Kind of Being Stupid

If you live in a building like ours, likely it has two sets of stairs. When you are buying a one-floor suite, with this arrangement, this will be a detriment - you will loose out in square feet. Regardless, we call this exercise "Up the Stup" in reference to the Stupa. Like a pyramid, they have stairs.

Before heading out, rather than taking the elevator, walk up the stairs from your floor (unless you are at the penthouse, which you probably are already), to the top floor, and then down to either the front or the back.

If you are taking out garbage, likely it's the back.

Should your roof's door be open, you will have a nice pleasant view.

We don't particularly like the look of stupas, or pagoda's for that matter, but more stairs in a Cathedral would be a elementary blessing.

Some prefer the ground floor. Some prefer the top. Try the Eiffel Tower, if you're up for a trop.
