Restoration Hardware is so Vancouver. The houses are largely old, and shitty. You'll pay $5M+ for a small one, and larger ($10M+) for a 1/2 size.
Those you don't will largely have a shitty view. Such is the nature of Vancouver. Old gives way to new.
Should you wish to come here, and settle, we recommend a good realtor. Malcolm Hassman, and Rhiannon Foster are good examples.
Given this is a Canadian (and International) publication, and not a Vancouver one, you'll see less coverage, except of business and investment interest, going further.
We adore the BC Place roof, and find the Casino something to share.
