Magnepan's .7 Loudspeaker, $1395.00 USD / pair, is one amazing box. Actually, no box at all. It rather resembles our desk in complexion. It's not the sort of loudspeaker you could give your wife, but is it something you could give your teenage daughter?
We've listened to the 1.7, and found it compelling.
She would appreciate a floor mirror, more likely, but could you be suave, and package two floor mirrors with similar stands, with each 0.7 loudspeaker. That way, you'd have a Magnepan Tymphani arrangement.
Ideally you would package the amps of Unico with the 0.7. Something like the Unico Primo Integrated Amplifier by Unison Research. At $2150.00 USD it's ideally suited for the task, though some might prefer Sanders ($5K) with a Maggie today.
We've looked at the Karl Lagerfeld Narcissus Floor Safe by Döettling, and found it compelling. Not to mention the Fashion Shows of Channel. Lagerfeld's use of pearls as a simple cloth ornament woven into his tapestry of cut to the bare basics fashions is rejuvenational.
How you spend your money is your own business, but should you like little gifts, you may consider dotting. That is dropping the T and fitting some fun.
