A conceptual work, Vancouver House integrates the after-effect of an earthquake with the ocean-born Tsunami and/or flame of a gas-fire to heroically place new Vancouverites (and existing folk with an interest in such), into the first viewing spot.
As such, we admire the designer for his architectural competency, and the first-movers to Vancouver House for their heroism.
A very poor area, the water-front to the left of the Vancouver Aquatic centre could use invigoration, and Vancouver House aims to do its part.
Note the recurrent traiangular motif, not only in homage to computer geometry, we think, but also to the plot of land chosen - one of the last interesting places to develop in the lower mainland, as we call it here.
Those with an interest in audio will find that the Estates offer a great-room. ($2M).
