More Typical

Many audiophiles live in cramped environs. Here's one that's more typical. It's called open concept. It's neither poorly, nor spectacularly well done. $2,295,000.00 USD.

With 3 baths and 2 beds, listed as 2 sq ft., that's a fraction of a sq. ft per room, however, but you can see the dilemma. Where to put the stereo? :)

Note the galley kitchen. That's not a feature if you wish to enjoy a feeling of space, and a view. It is typical of New York, however, and some units in Vancouver's Shangrila share that amenity.

Note the open-concept. A lot of light draws you to a listing. We like large bed-rooms, and this space seems 5x larger that a typical New York arrangement, however the staging leaves one feeling frigid.

Now here's your typical New York view. Was your building significantly taller than all the others in the city, and you were at the top, you'd have a great view.
