Note the open-concept. A lot of light draws you to a listing. We like large bed-rooms, and this space seems 5x larger that a typical New York arrangement, however the staging leaves one feeling frigid.
Now here's your typical New York view. Was your building significantly taller than all the others in the city, and you were at the top, you'd have a great view.
All one can spot from this listing is development potential.
