Body Weight

Exercise

When doing exercise, it is important to use your body weight. It was our contention, previously, that it was important to -only- use your body weight, and thus avoid all sort of weight-training, non-ballet, non-gymnastics exercise in the regimen.

To not leave any "stone" unturned, we are taking up a program of running and weight-training.

The treadmill, we find un-invigorating but a tool. Here's our article on treadmills.
