Atomic Floyd Power Jax Headphone Review

Atomic Floyd gets you in three ways.

(1) by having  a well-made remote
(2) by having three red bands on the 1/8th" jack
(3) by having a cute red R on the inner-ear

It's a nice little set.

We like the packaging and delivery.

Product: Atomic Floyd PowerJax In-Ear Headphone
Price: 99 GBP / 200 SGD ($176.66 CDN)

Note: This headphone puts into question our choice of purchasing audio products for review. The audio community complained that publishers received their gear for free "evaluation" periods, so this is why we chose it. Srajan Ejeban has suggested that his publication should charge $1000.00 for each review. We have been happy to pay $1000 for a review product.

We would not be so critical of this headphone if we had received it for free.

Maybe we would think it was worth 20c, about what a trip to the candy store would be, when we were a 5 year-old. (20 thin sticks of licorice, each about the size of the cable, and about 1 ft long.)

Truthfully, we just don't like the colour, composition, sound, and use-value of this headphone product.

Otherwise, it's a very good device in all terms, respects, and choices Atomic Floyd has made.

  1. Sounds like your personal feelings more than reviewing a product!
