"The perfect listening room should be the one you're in. Definitive Technology's wireless music system brings award-winning, high-performance audiophile grade sound to any room in your home."

"The First Audiophile Grade Wireless Music System"

The W-Adapt and W-Amp by Definitive Technology look somewhat between a cable box, and a Play Station in design. They bear some resemblance to the Geek Soul (Indiegogo / LH Labs) in design.

The combination of the headline and the W7 attracted us to this solution. The W7 is a handsome box. It isn't at all poorly made.

On the front, it's better than any clock radio, and on the back, it's clearly cable-box in nature, with mini-jack, TOS-Link, Ethernet, and USB connectors, along with two-prong AC, for low-voltage connection. There's a wi-fi setup button, as well. Look, it's called the Reveal 7. Is this some nod to Revel?

Definitive Technology has been in the Canadian Hi Fi Game for some time. Their BP-8020 ST is reasonable, 8080: a floor-burner, and 8060 a well-controlled specimen (20 Hz - 30 KHz).
