If you'd like something like the Stax electronics in your other stereo components, may we suggest that the Audio Note Otto SE Phono Signature may suffice. We'd say that the Otto in black and gold is a handsome home affair. Due to the History between Audio Note, UK and Audio Note, Japan, and the prices on the UK side, along with the many versions, we haven't been a fan thus far.
You'll see something like that on this side of the water with the TAS-recommended Odyssey Audio Khartago and their German Symphonic Line Kraft progenitors.
