Oats + Whey

Here's an easy breakfast recipe you can make tonight - and bring to work tomorrow. Strawberry Banana Overnight Oats!

You mix all the ingredients, let it sit in a container overnight, and in the morning it's good to go!



Ingredients:

1/2 c. rolled oats (not quick cooking)
1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. chia seeds
2-2 1/2 tbsp. strawberry jam - or sliced strawberries.
1 small banana, mashed


Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar, cover with a lid or plastic wrap, and allow the mixture to sit in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, stir in any mix-ins, like granola or almond slices, and enjoy.
