It's an acceptable headphone amplifier. We've got to like this Sim Audio Neo, living in the Matrix. (430HA, $4200.00 USD). It has a nice headphone cable connected to it, and looks like it does 4-pin balanced XLR: (what it does is 8W into 50Ω.)
