The Velodyne DD Plus 18 is a handsome beast. Two and you'd have a DDDD 36, or H36, if you prefer. A handsome size, in our experience. The gorgeous curves of the DD Plus 18 will mate well with the Sonus Faber Armati Futura in graphite grey. Looking back, not much has changed here, with the exception of the XLR inputs, brought over from the ULD. An off-board cross-over will still best bring out the beauty.
