Super Darts

Introducing SuperDarts Titanium

When you get a frame such as a Maybach, two options are possible:

(1) 18K Gold or Platinum ($18,000+),
(2) 24K Gold or Platinum over Titanium ($1800+).

It's a strange trade-off: color or quality. Very diamante.

We've looked at our second sample of Maybach Ambassador frames ($2500), and noted the small plated segments look cheap, and very $18-like - the colour is nice, but it looks gold-leaf, we kept the set, but will need to manufacture replacement sections ourselves, as we like the 22-24K look.

We bring this up as for only £249 GBP, Atomic Floyd of London now manufactures and sells super-darts, in Titanium. (We find the look superior to the red.)

We like Titanium, because it's a good, structural metal. Michelle Chamuel covers it quite well. Note the red of the Voice.

Plating isn't all bad - we like it in our Cartier Galaxy model, both in Platinum and Ruthenium - slightly different tints of fascia, which we got for cycling, and looks great, with a modern sports bike - BAC.

You'll like the look of the SuperDarts if you like the Shard, or rather the Gherkin, or even the fascia of the Fii Olympus's volume knob.

We like the FiiO. You may like the Floyd. or you may prefer Chamuel.

Like earwigs, we may like the shape, very much.
