SLS
Here in Vancouver, BC, Malcolm Hasman provides advertisement for the SLS via his Exclusive Magazine. With $500M in sales, 2010-2102, he's one of Vancouver's leading salesman in the luxury real-estate and entertainment place.
The Mercedes SLS, at $221,580 USD, is just over the non-carbon version of the Grand Focal in price. It's an entertaining and sporty coupe, favoured by Jeremy Clarkson of Top Gear, UK, in just about any version, as a fun driving mobile.
The price won't be out of line with your Vertu, yet what we are coming at by way of the automobile and the luxury, is the condominium as a home for hi fidelity.
Our favourite development in Miami, The Mansions at Aqualina, offers a great room, which is typically and unfortunately uncommon in most condo units. At 34' x 26', it offers enough depth to allow sub-20 Hz flow, from a unit like the EM (Electro Magnet) of 15' in the Grand Focal - like most units with a great view, it is marked acoustically by walls of glass (side and rear).
One of the common development ideas in town (Vancouver, BC) is the integration of art in the development. Figuratively, The Tate, which has rather good views of English Bay from up top, offers an integrated Art Gallery, Shops and Studio, below.
Others, especially, The Vancover House, offer both proper Aqualina Grand Living Rooms (for hi-fi), in the estate and penthouse units, along with community modern art, for the commons and surround. In the commons, it's our view that the aesthetic is Terry Gilliam and Brazil esque, rather than common taste.
We mention the Vancouver House, because an exhaustive search earlier for local units did not turn up results of this sufficient caliber, locally.
