Moon Rock

Like a Rock of Ages, the Sim Audio Moon Rock stands above such amps as the Anthem M1, although the M1 could sit comfortably above one. At 1000W per block, the Sim Audio Rock is reminiscent of the fabled Krell Master Referene Amplifier (MRA). In a Power Lifting shootout, some soul might be happy to place the Moon Rock on top of  a MR (Jacks Optional).

Priced at $37,000 / pair, the Moon Rock is is just under the price of a Burnmester 808. ($40K USD, MK V: $50K).

Stereophile reported that the Anthem M1 suffered from UltraSonic noise, and poor bass response, compared to a fine treble (though our perception was the opposite), so those with 1000W wishes and moon-landing dreams, might check out the Sim Audio MR Monoblock Reference Amplifier.
