Crema

Crema (ˈkrema) is something all coffee drinkers are familiar with. As the lighter liquid in your coffee infuses with the darker liquid that comes after, during the brewing process, a lovely tan colored layer is left on top of the much darker espresso, below.

In Haiti, crémas (kremas) is a sweet, alcoholic beverage. 

If one wishes to indulge, adding some crémas into your crema may make for a sweet-tasting drip.

After indulging in some speculation, as to whether any of Gadner's TAS recommended power-cords would improve the taste of our crema, by applying them as a tweak to our espresso machine, we decided to take a gander at the most likely credible candidate: Voodoo cable.
