Boston is without a doubt, a college town. Home to both the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Berkley College of Music. Many tech companies come out of college towns. Cambridge Acoustics, prominently, from Cambridge Unversity of Cambridge, UK.
Boston is most famously associated with Cheers, Da Beers (The Bears), The Celts (ics), and of course The Red Socks.
We'll ignore the New England Patriots and NE Revolution, as Boston is more famously site to the Boston Tea Party - the rather more famous revolution.
