What's the psychology of the musical instrument repair shop technician?
He had hundreds of instruments around him for comfort. He keeps them for a varying amount of time, about a year, or so and repairs them when he feels like it, or when he considers the owner worthy.
What's the difference between that and us, or the audio equipment reviewer, who has unreviewed components in, keeping the manufacturer waiting, giving him comfort?
I'm thinking of course of us and our closet of toys.
As my grandmama would say, "The only thing between men and boys is the cost of their toys."
