Apple 2

Post Tim Cook,

We first lost respect for Apple with the cancellation of the Xserve.

With the recent approach to product limitations and development, we believe Apple to be in a poor environmental position.

The Apple TV restricted the content that was available for reasons of licensing profit.
The Apple TV 2.0 restricts the screen resolution, making it a one-year disposable product (non 4K).
The Apple Macbook, Apple MacBook Air (non retina screen), and Apple iPad Pro strategy (non XCode on the iPad Pro, limited to 128 GB) brings to issue environmentalism again.

The Apple MacBook is a great product, with limited processor, and a little low storage capability (512 MB vs 1 GB minimum), prefect for every day tasks of surfing the web and utilizing Microsoft Office, for example. Apple's decision to limit the ports to one restricted its acceptance to most users, although to non technical users, and CEO's it is a near-perfect portable laptop computer.

The Apple MacBook Air is a premium product, which is usable with visual occlarity for the tasks associated by Microsoft Office.

Apple's iPad Pro is a premium product (just lacking software) perfect for the Architect or Designer as a sketchpad. It's 128 GB limitation is important to us, but not to the designer looking to use it, and replace it at a later date (we estimate one year).

Apple TV 2.0 is a sublime opportunity, only limited by adoption, in terms of number of users. It is akin, we believe to the Commodore VIC 20 computer or Amstrad Sinclaire ZX Spectrum in terms of potential reach.

With an American Population of 318.9 million (2014: 123.2 million households) would an adoption of 5 million be appropriate?

Apple is a well setup, adoit organization.
