The Best Ferrari Can Do?

Is this the best that Ferrari can do? The Tekton Design Enzo XL ($2100.00 USD) looks like it has two Klipsch Heressy II bass drivers (pulp paper), and three ScanSpeak tweeters!

Realistically, it reminds us of Ferrari with their Art Engine.

For $2100, they're pretty cheap. Klipsch Heressy III's will set you back $1700/pair - for the bass drivers. Then, you'll be left to cobble some cabinets. Not much different than our Stratus Gold, in terms of Cabinet Delivery.

The three tweeter arrangement has been done before. By Kharma, noteably, with their Exquisite Grand.

More recently, by Sony, in a refined way with their SS-NA2 ES ($4999.00 USD / ea) floorstander.

Where is the midrange? Many guitar cabinets (& amplifiers) offer reproduction with a single 12" driver. The MESA / Boogie Black Shadow, for example.

The 10"'s (Dual) should suffice, however we don't like the cut of their jib. (6" midrange should suffice).

The $1000 Lore, and the upcoming Tekton 1812 (not really) look more impressive. At least you'll be approaching music for the former, and a ton of tech, for that later.
