The Hegel H80 is a generous pre. It's a pity that it doesn't provide outputs, but c'est la vie. It wouldn't be hard to replace the RCA's with Neutriks and add two more XLR connectors for output. USB is missing, as such.
What's there however is 75W x 2, which is generous for a pre-amp.
Most provide 2V.
