Aesthetics, Par Excellence. The Sennheiser HD 560
Headphone.

Our first headphone was the Sennheiser HD-560, and then the HD-560 II Ovation model. To be honest, they weren't really good sounding. Not much to write about. We liked the look and the plush feel however - such comfort - such a pleasure. The cables were replaceable, which we liked, however we felt that the connector was a poor design - flimsy. Looking at it now, in photo form, we love the design. The cable connection module could be improved to metal, as could the headband connector. A more solid cable would be the best improvement to this design - for active use. When we got the II, we fixed the first with Sennheiser parts, and gave it to a musician friend for his studio.
